Akkodis is seeking a Customer Engineer for a Part-Time role. Ideally looking for applicants to have experience with End User Device Install, Repair, Setup, Configuration, and Upgrade.

Location: Vance AL

Duration: 6-month contract (potential to extend)

Rate: $19-22/hr. on w2

Job Description:

End User Device Install, Repair, Setup, Configuration, Upgrade. Office Moves/Setup and Minimal migration.

What is the technical environment, & the minimum (technical) skills/experience needed?

Minimal technical support; CCT preferred with (1 ) year experience.

Are there any professional accreditations required for the role?

A ; Net ; CCT preferred.

What are the ‘nice to have’ skills/experience?

Networking experience and ticketing system (SERVICE NOW).

Does the resource need experience working in any particular sector?

Cisco CLI preferred.

Can the work be done remotely?

No; shift assignment is for FRI 22:00-10:00 [12 hours/weekend]; including (1) hour paid break.

Is the person expected to travel for the role?

(Travel arrangements need to be discussed with the service provider in advance)

Travel to support Spoke locations (if needed). (Less than 15 minutes between campus locations).
